Stages

Fee, Invoiced, % and Balance are calculated. Planned invoice date is what drives both forecast tabs — it falls back to the submission date when blank.
Hours typed here are saved as individual timesheet entries. Empty cells are removed on save.

Hours by project —

Hours by person —

Hours and value are for the month chosen above. The name here has to match the Person on their timesheet entries, and the Full name on their sign-in account.
Won turns a bid into a project, carrying its name and client across. Lost closes it; it can be reopened.

Import

Bring in projects, stages, invoices, receipts, timesheets, employees or opportunities — from an Excel file, a CSV, or pasted straight out of a sheet. The same button sits on each of those pages.

Export

Every field of a table, whether the screen shows it or not. For the list as you have it on screen — same columns, same filters — use the Download button on that page.

CSV opens straight in Excel. The backup is the whole console in one file.

Housekeeping

Everything lives in this browser on this PC (local storage). Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Take a backup before clearing, and keep one off the machine.
